PACTS

Parent, Adolescent and Child Therapeutic Solutions

(650) 321-1366

MRI's newest center, PACTS, opened in March 2005, with a timely and much needed focus on the family.

Under the direction of Stephanie Rudolph, PACTS offers mental health counseling to at-risk youth and their families in San Mateo and Santa Clara County. The goals of the program are to help families learn new skills to cope with the ongoing risk factors in their communities, including gang affiliation, crime, and substance abuse, in a way that solidifies family structure and heals problematic family interactions.

MRI’s Brief Therapy model, used in focused interventions between child and family members, will give each member of the family the tools to rebuild strained and damaged relationships, and to re-enter their communities with new strengths and outlooks.
